Yorkshire Pudding Recipe![]() Ingredients3 large eggs 1 cup of milk 1 cup of flour 1 tsp of salt Vegetable oil DirectionsSet out milk and 3 eggs in order for them to get to room tempature. This usually takes about 3 hours. This allows the puddings to rise better and come up with the distinct hole in the middle. Turn oven to *420 degrees. Start by adding the flour and 3 eggs to a large bowl. Next add the milk and 1 tsp of salt to the bowl. With the blender, mix until everything is blended into a slightly yellow runny mixture. Pull out a cupcake pan and pour a drop of vegetable oil into each cupcake pan holder. (This allows the yorkshire to come out without sticking.) Add the yellow batter to each cupcake holder. Fill the cupcake slots so the batter is half way full into each cupcake slot. Let bake for about 30 minutes or untill the Yorshire's are golden brown.
